Please allow up to 7 business days for orders to ship. Bloom makes every product by hand and is operated by one person who wears every single hat. Your patience and support is so so appreciated!
Once shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to become available.
I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, delayed, or damaged mail once it leaves my hands, and I will not offer replacements or issue refunds. Please contact the shipping courier for tracking issues.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect inputed address on the part of the buyer, I will offer you a refund (excluding shipping cost), or you can purchase a new label and we will re-send.
If a package’s tracking status says it has been delivered, but you claim to have not received the item, you must log an investigation with USPS (or your local courier) to prove your parcel was never received in order to be refunded.

Due to being a small business and having limited stock, all sales are final.
I allow up to 24 hours after purchase for order cancellations (per the item has not been shipped out)
Bloom is not responsible for lost or delay due to the postal service, or from use after purchase.
