Orders are handmade in small batches and typically ship within 7 business days.
Once in transit, tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.
Please note: once a package is in the courier’s hands, responsibility lies with them. For lost, delayed, or damaged items, reach out to the shipping provider directly.
If a package is returned due to an address error, you’re welcome to either receive a refund (minus shipping) or cover a new label to have it re-sent.
If your tracking says “delivered” but your mailbox tells a different story, you’ll need to file a missing mail claim to receive a refund:

All sales are final due to limited stock and the nature of small-batch crafting.
Changed your mind? You have 24 hours to cancel, as long as the order hasn’t shipped.
